I am saddened to read of the passing of my long time friend "Ralphie". I worked with him for a few years at the highway department and also attended WHS with him. He was a gentle soul with a big heart. I pray that our Father will give you peace and comfort in the knowledge that he is safely Home. RIP Ralph.
