MORRIS - Barbara Drop “BB”, age 59, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday May 1 2015 at home. She was the beloved wife of Robert Drop. She was also the loving grandmother of Teresa and Tasha Jaworski .

She was born in Patterson, New Jersey May 6, 1955, and was the daughter of Maria Cortez and Domingo Pinero.

She was a graduate of South Division High School, Milwaukee, Wisconsin class of 1972.

She was a buyer at Napco Inc. of Terryville for many years, and most recently at Altek Electronics Inc of Torrington Ct.

She is predeceased by her daughter Natalie Jaworski of Morris.

She especially enjoyed her granddaughters growing up and watching them in their varied sports activities and the parades they were so proud to be in.

Her many artistic talents included drawing, crocheting, and jewelry making. Her love of Latin music and dance was always special to all those that knew her.

A special thanks to all of her caregivers and friends who helped her with her long battle with cancer, it will always be remembered and appreciated.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield. Burial will follow in East Morris Cemetery. Friends and family may call from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, at the funeral home.
