Amie Lynn Bouthillier, 31, passed away on October 27, 2015 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington. She was born on December 31, 1983 in Torrington, CT to Debra Jacques. Amie was the loving mother of Joshua Bouthillier.

Amie was full of spirit. She worked as a caregiver for Favarh in Canton and cared about her “kids” like her own. Her co workers loved her like family and she always made an impression at every job she worked.

In addition to her mother, Debra, and son, Joshua, Amie is survived by her sister; Sara Bouthillier, her niece, Ava Bouthillier, her grandmother, Frances Bouthillier, her aunt, Lori Bouthillier, two uncles; Jerry and Paul Bouthillier. She was predeceased by two uncles; Glenn and John Bouthillier and her grandfather, Rene Bouthillier.

Amie is also survived by her father, Alan Remeika and three half brothers; Alan, Jonathan and Danny Remeika. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Joe Remeika.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11:00am at Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield, CT 06759. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Torrington.
