Vivian M. (Bertoli) Sileno, 84, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2015 surrounded by her loving family in Deerfield Beach Florida. She was the wife of Saveno “Jim” Sileno and mother of James Sileno of Litchfield. Vivian was born on May 15, 1930 in Torrington, daughter of the late Emil and Enes (Defranceschi) Bertoli.
She was a member of the Torrington High School 47 club and golfed for 30 years at the Torrington Country Club.
In addition to her husband and son, she is survived by her brother Richard Bertoli and wife Karen of Torrington, CT and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter Diane Sileno and brother John Bertoli.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 11:00am at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 49 South Street, Litchfield. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, 863 South Main Street, Torrington, CT 06790. There are no calling hours.
