Bantam - Doris Desrosiers, 88, passed away on August 23, 2016 at Wolcott Hall in Torrington. She was the wife of the late Raymond A. Desrosiers. Doris was born on May 7, 1928 in Lawrence, Massachusetts to the late Lepold and Marie (Marcoux) St. Hilaire.

She was a longtime communicant of Our Lady of Grace Church in Bantam and served as a Eucharistic minister.

Doris is survived by two sons; Victor and Roger Desrosiers and a daughter Stacey Desrosiers, four grandchildren; Jakob Desrosiers, Roger Desrosiers, Jr., Elizabeth Sprague and Ryon Angelvich, two great granddaughters and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother and four sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on September 10, 2016 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Grace Church, 715 Bantam Road, Bantam, CT 06750. Burial will be private.
