He was aboard the USS Enterprise during the Vietnam War and served his country proudly. He was a chef for over 40 years and was best known for his extensive time as Chef for Avon Old Farms Inn. The brunch at that time was amazing and Bob proudly ran the kitchen. Bob had a great since of humor and loved to laugh. His laugh was infectious and contagious to those around him. He was competitive to the core. Bob would give his best whether he was participating in a softball game with friends or playing a game of cards or lawn game with family.
