Obituary for Robert Mosimann

Morris – Robert Andre Mosimann, 85, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020, from complications due to Covid 19. He was the husband of Priscilla “Pat” (Bourbeau) Mosimann. Robert was born in Torrington, Connecticut on July 13, 1935 to the late Walter E. and Catherine E. (Merriman) Mosimann.

Robert served in the United States Army, Tank Division. He owned and operated Mosimann Excavating, mentoring young men with an interest in excavation. Robert was well known and loved by all in the community and was always willing to help anyone. He was an avid camper and had a passion for traveling throughout the United States and Canada with his wife. During the holidays, he enjoyed making and decorating cookies with his grandchildren and extended family.

In addition to his loving wife, Pat, he is survived by Pat's children, Susan Campbell and her husband William, Curtis Barrows and Albert Barrows and his wife Susan, eight grandchildren; William Campbell (Kim), Russell Campbell, Aaron Lee (Alina), Evan Lee (Brittany), Elliette Barrows, Danielle Albano (Spencer), Natasha Schlicher (Corey) and Hawley Barrows, his sister Deliska Bates, his brother Walter Mosimann (Diane), his aunt Alice Salcito of Sun City, Florida, many nieces, nephews, cousins and John Campbell, Carol and their children.

A Celebration of Life will be celebrated on July 10, 2021 at the Pond, 120 Burgess Road, Morris.
