Obituary for Patricia Gail Goslee

Patricia G Goslee,78 passed away at home on January 29th after a long battle with Corticobasal Degeneration Disease. Born on January 10th 1943, in Sheffield, Massachusetts, she was the wife of Franklin W. Goslee Sr. and the daughter of the late Leona Boardman and Olympio Cartinelli.

Pat was the lead Ultrasound tech at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, retiring in 2004 after 35 years of service to others. A dedicated public servant in her beloved town of Morris, she served as a Town Selectman, and for many years on the Board of Education, the Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Board of Finance. In her spare time, Pat was an avid gardener and a caring member of her large extended family
.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years Franklin W Goslee Sr. of Lakeside and her children, Mark Goslee and Linda Morris of Lakeside, Lisa and Adam Harrison of Lakeside, her step sons Franklin W Goslee Jr. and wife Betsy of Drakeville and James Henry Goslee of Melbourne, Florida. She is also survived by her grandchildren Mason Goslee, Sawyer and Everly Harrison, Christopher Goslee, Michael Goslee, Jennifer Goslee,and Hunter Goslee.
She also leaves behind 6 siblings: Maria Manghue, Katy Harvey, Shirley Delong, Marcia Patterson, Nancy Bunce and Rene Manghue. She was predeceased by 9 siblings.

There were so many people who cared for Pat during the many years of her illness. Her family would like to especially thank the following people who were her beloved caregivers for the past 7 years while she battled this terrible debilitating disease: Laurie Dionne, Cathy Behuniak, Mia Dispoto, Teri Flaherty, Stacey Veilette, Mulenga Mwanza and Dorcas M Mbango.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 11:30am at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, 715 Bantam Road, Bantam, CT 06750. Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery.
