Obituary for Nicholas Corvo
Torrington - Nicholas Corvo, 74, passed away on August 16, 2021 at Hartford Hospital after a
long illness. He was born on December 3, 1946 in Hartford, Connecticut. Nick learned to read at
a young age which lead to a lifelong love of reading and also a business selling used books,
which he did for most of his life.
He worked as a respiratory therapist for 20 years having started the respiratory therapy program
at Rockville General Hospital.
Nick was also involved locally with the meals on wheels program. He was a longtime member of
the Germania Club and will be missed by many friends.
