Nancy-Beth Low

GOSHEN – Nancy-Beth Low, 45, passed away unexpectedly as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Thursday, November 22, 2018.

Nancy-Beth was born in New Milford on September 5, 1973, daughter of George D. and Judy-Lynne (Werner) Low. She was a graduate of Torrington High School and attended the John Jay College in New York City. She graduated in 1998 from UCONN and was currently attending Post University’s Graduate Program. Nancy-Beth was a longtime Goshen resident and was employed by the State of Connecticut, Department of Social Services.

In addition to her parents, George and Judy, she is survived by her brother, Eric W. Low and was predeceased by her sister, Heather Lynne Low. She is also survived by her significant other, Dan Pekrul.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the ED Staff and ICU Staff at St. Mary’s Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30 at Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield. Friends and family may call at the funeral home prior to the service from 5 to 7 p.m. Burial in West Side Cemetery in Goshen will be private.
