Michael O’Brien 59, of New Litchfield Street in Torrington, passed away on Sunday, April 10th, 2022.
Michael O’Brien was born in Meriden Connecticut, to the late Charles O'Brien and Nadia Grey on January 5th, 1963. He worked most of his life as a Roofer or in Building Construction. He also attended N.W.C.C.C. for General Studies. He enjoyed reading, playing the guitar, camping, movies, riding his motorcycle, spending time with family and friends, and helping others in their time of need.
Michael O’Brien is survived by his children, Timothy O’Brien of Haddam, Mathew O’Brien of Madison and Amanda Leighton of Meredith, NH; Brothers Ricky Cohutt of Winsted, Lee Grey of Athens, TN, Patrick Cohutt of Sandisfield, MA and James Grey Jr. of Winstead; Sisters Jackie Nictera Enfield and Felicity Bronson of Englewood, TN; Grand Children Thor and Aura O’Brien, Daniel and Nadia Leighton, and Logan O’Brien.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022, at Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Rd. Litchfield, CT 06759 at 7pm. Calling hours will be between the hours of 4pm and 7pm. Burial services will be held at the convenience of the family.
