Having met Martha at the Cancer Support Group, I quickly found her "go get em" spirit and constant humor through adversity an inspiration to all.
You will be missed by all. Rest peacefully Martha and thank you...Charlie abolin

My cousin....the other keeper of our families love and history....in my mind she's a legend. Creative, warm, kind, loving and above all else, authentic. We will miss you always Martha. I know darn well she wouldn't want tears or sorrow but just a warm smile with memories of all the energy she embraced for so long. A loss to our family and her greater chosen family of the heart.

It was both a pleasure and an inspiration to know Martha. We met at the cancer support group sponsored by Charlotte Hungerford/ Hartford HealthCare. Martha's fighting spirit never failed to encourage and inspire the entire group. We are all better for having the
privilege of knowing her. She will be missed in so many ways. Rest in peace dear friend.

Martha was a power of example to so many people who's lives she touched. Her smile and distinctive laugh were very contagious and welcoming. We were so fortunate to share fellowship in many ways. Her attention to detail while preparing feasts with John entertaining friends at their home.Playing her beloved guitar and singing with her beautiful voice. She also loved her dogs and spoiled them to no end.During the most difficult time in my life Martha was the first person I called outside of my immediate family. They brought whole complete dinners for us.Cleaned my house,Took care of my Golden Bailey. Were going to miss that bright energetic light that was Martha. While in the company of Martha and John with our friends there was always fun,Good food, laughter, music and our dogs🐾🐾.
Peace and all good your way~
