Obituary for Margaret Louise "Peggy" Kelley

TORRINGTON - KELLEY, Margaret L. “Peggy”, died September 17, 2018. She was born on March 14, 1928, daughter of the late James L. Kelley and Grace (Hand) Kelley.

A lifelong Torrington resident, Peggy graduated from Torrington High School and attended Quinnipiac University. She was Past President of both the Torrington Women’s Club and Charlotte Hungerford Hospital Auxiliary. Peggy also volunteered at the Oliver Wolcott Library in their “Recordings for the Blind Program”.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Hillside Cemetery, 76 Walnut St, Torrington, CT 06790. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Little Guild of St. Francis, 285 Sharon Goshen Turnpike, West Cornwall, CT 06796.
