Lena (Baribeau) M’Sadoques
FORT MYERS, FL – Lena (Baribeau) M’Sadoques, 99, passed away on March 7, 2020 in Fort Myers, Fl. She was the beloved wife of the late Paul E. M’Sadoques.
Lena was born in Canada on December 16, 1920, daughter of the late Elisabeth (Brule) Baribeau. She was raised in Montreal, Quebec, Canada before immigrating to the United States. She worked for Harper Leader in Waterbury for 25 years as an Inspector, retiring in 1974. Prior to retirement, Lena was a resident of Waterbury and Thomaston for most of her life before moving to Florida in 1986.
She leaves two sons, Andre M’Sadoques (wife, Karen) of Southington and Roger M’Sadoques (wife, Renee) of Ft. Myers Florida; two daughters, the late Gisele (M’Sadoques) Welton (husband, the late Earl) formally of Thomaston and Francine (M’Sadoques) Orodeckis (husband, Edward) of Cherry Hill, NJ; one sister, of La Vale Quebec, Canada; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., on Friday, March 13, at Our Lady of Grace Church, 715 Bantam Road, Bantam. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Thurston Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield.
