Kimberly Anne Wright, 54, passed away peacefully June 15, 2020, at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT after a long illness. She was born April 29, 1966, to Hervey L. Wright and Judith Wright Wilbur (predeceased). She was a 1984 graduate of Housatonic Valley Regional High School in Falls Village CT. She was married to Bill Pedersen (predeceased) in 1987. Together they had 3 beautiful daughters, Jacqueline, Stefanie and Paxton, who were the loves of her life. She loved doing things with her daughters, playing ball, taking walks and lots of “girly things”. Her eyes would sparkle when she saw her daughters, whether as babies or as adults. As a friend of Kim’s recently posted, “Her love for you (her daughters) was always more than evident; it was effervescent - her daughters were always her heart and soul. She was a mom who truly loved her girls unrequitedly, unequivocally, without conditions, just because. Her heart was, and always will be tied to her daughters.” Kim was always calling her daughters and family daily to check in and tell them, “I love you more, I love you always.”


She is survived by daughters; Jacqueline (Nicolas), Stefanie (Anthony) and Paxton (Bryar) Pedersen. She was blessed with 3 grandchildren Nicholas, Finley and Teagan. She is also survived by her father and step-mother, Hervey and Marilyn Wright, sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Jerri Wingard, sister, Jeannette Wright and brother, Michael Wright. She was a loving aunt to all her nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her longtime friend, Jay Dahlgard.
