Burlington – Elizabeth Ann Brown, 49, of Burlington, Connecticut passed away on July 11, 2021 at Bristol Hospital. Elizabeth peacefully joined her mother, Lois Brown and father, Dennis Brown Sr. in glory surrounded by her sister and brothers. After a brief illness, Elizabeth faced the end with incredible courage and grace.
“Lizzie” will always be remembered for her infectious laugh and well timed humor. She was a 1989 graduate of Litchfield High School. She humbly acknowledged that she was always the smartest person in the room. Elizabeth cherished the special bond she had with her sister, Deborah, and will be deeply missed.
Elizabeth is survived by her son, Alexander Schmitt of Torrington, her beloved sister, Deborah Tribuzio and husband Joe of Burlington, her brothers; Edward Brown and wife Deborah, Dennis Brown Jr. and his wife Deborah and Guy Brown and his wife Deborah all of Bantam as well as her nieces and nephews.
Calling Hours will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021 from 5:00 – 7:00pm at Thurston Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield. A service will begin at 7:00pm.
