David Paul Lazaroski, 68, of Harwinton passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born on December 14, 1950 and is the son of the late Richard and Arlene Lazaroski of Bristol, CT. Dave is survived by his wife Pam of 42 years, his daughters Jill Bourque of Rocky Hill, CT and Megan Lazaroski of Millbury, MA, their spouses, and his three granddaughters Jordan, Jamie, and Morgan. They will each greatly miss their “Beepa”. He also leaves behind two brothers, Richard of Bristol, CT and Daniel of Mocksville, NC. In addition, Dave loved his extended family, including his in-laws, nieces and nephews, and numerous close friends.
He was raised in Bristol and graduated from Bristol Central High School. Post-secondary Dave graduated from Paier School of Art with a degree in Advertising. He was an entrepreneur who owned two businesses during his professional career. He recently retired from Profitec Inc., after 25 years of service.
Dave was best known for his sense of humor, his sarcastic wit, and his generous nature. He had a passion for gardening, and took great pride in designing his gardens and cultivating their growth. Dave’s greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially with all the girls in his life.
The Lazaroski family would like to thank every staff member at Charlotte Hungerford who contributed to Dave’s treatment. He truly felt cared for and appreciated the staff’s compassion, which made his time in the hospital more comfortable. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society in his name.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
