Obituary for Concetta L. Kincaid
Concetta (Connie) Louise Kincaid, 96, of East Street North, Goshen, Connecticut, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 8th. Connie was pre-deceased by her beloved husband Donald G. Kincaid Sr. and her loving son, Donald G. Kincaid Jr. Connie was the eldest of five sisters, pre-deceased by Lillian Fredsall and Vivian Michna, and survived by Helen Torsiello of Torrington, CT and Rose Kupcho of Southington, CT.
Connie is survived by her cherished children, Carol Stickney (Leon Stickney) of Goshen, CT, Christine Roy (Donald Roy) of Union, Connecticut, Wayne Kincaid of Goshen, CT, Kevin Kincaid (Lisa Kincaid) of Seymour, VT, and Brian Kincaid (Tammi Kincaid) of Moyie Springs, ID.
Connie was blessed with six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
Connie lived a vibrant life, filled with the joy of music, cooking, nature and her family. She was an amazing dancer and enthusiastic musician. She had a vivacious, welcoming personality and was always surrounded by a loving circle of friends. If the sun was shining, you would find Connie outside, surrounded by the bright colors of her flowers, walking her gigantic Newfoundland dog, Gemma or completing a fitness workout like an expert, even in her eighties. Her motto was, “Like yourself and Keep Moving.” She was the center of a beautiful universe, and she will be missed.
