Litchfield – Caroline E. Shaw, 86, passed away peacefully at Valerie Manor. She was born in Thomaston, Connecticut on November 14, 1935 to the late Alfred Henry Fretts and Marion O. French.
She leaves behind four children; James Shaw and Coreena, Virginia Hill and Doug Hill, Raymond Shaw, William Shaw and Sarha and several grandkids and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
