Beverly Goodman Strelez (age 92) of South Windsor (formerly of Litchfield), widow of Joseph J. Strelez, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2021 after a short illness. Beverly lived a long and fulfilling life. She had an amazingly positive spirit and was incredibly resilient when faced with adversity. She is survived by her sons Michael Strelez (Susan), Theodore Strelez (Chris), Robert Strelez (Jan), and her daughter, Lisa Strelez McCooey (Bill). She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren; Ryan, Carly, and Kelby. There will be no service at this time. Burial will be at East Cemetery in Litchfield at the convenience of the family. Donations in Beverly’s memory may be made to the VNA Northwest in Bantam, CT.
