Condolence From: Fr. Tom Poth, SMM
Condolence: Dear Liz and family, I am sad to hear of the passing of Dick. He was a man of passion who was constant in his desire of reaching out to those who needed care. You never knew what you would be drawn into when he wanted to help others or said that he had an "idea"...from chopping up vegetables for soup kitchens, chopping wood to help people stay warm or called upon to visit a person who was suffering physically or spiritually. He was always trying to figure out ways to fill the hearts of those whose hearts were broken from the struggles of daily living. May he now live in the purest of hearts - Jesus. May he now rest in this most gentle of all hearts that called him to the care of others. My condolences are with you Liz, your daughters, sons in law and the grandchildren and all who are sad at this time with the death of Dick. One day we will all be together again and at peace in God. With love, Fr Tom
