TORRINGTON - Kevin James Meisterling, 26, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 14, 2015. He was the loving son of Lori Ann (Meisterling) Price and William J. Price.

Kevin was born in Hartford, Conn., on October 14, 1988 and grew up in Torrington. He was an All – Star Pitcher for Torrington High School and graduated in 2006.

Kevin was a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. He proudly served our country for seven years, completing a tour in Afganistan and was stationed in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Amanda and Heather Price; maternal grandmother, Patricia Meisterling; beloved uncle, Mark Meisterling; paternal grandmother, Flora Price; uncle, Donald Price; aunt and uncle, Tricia and Joel Parmelee; and the love of his life, Staci McLeod and her family.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 19, at Friendship Baptist Church, 441 Torrington Road, Litchfield. Burial with military honors will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Torrington. Calling hours will be held from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 18 at the church.
